Coolsivna Construction have successfully completed the handover of phase 1 of Holy Rosary College. Phase 1 included a new extension of a 2740m2 16 Classroom New Extension which ties into the existing school at 2nr. Locations. All construction was carried out while existing school was a live environment. Extension includes Library, Offices, Kitchen, GP Hall, Meditation room and 2nr. Toilet blocks. Finishes include Vinyl Flooring, Tiling, Suspended Ceilings and Whiterock wall covering. External Finishes include Kingspan Roof Panels, Cedar Cladding , Hard and Soft Landscaping
