Coolsivna Construction recently completed the successful handover of 41 No. units in Tullamore for Oaklee Housing. Coolsivna have begun the construction of a new 3 story Student Facility at the USAC Complex, in Renmore Galway, for the Dept. of Defence.
The project will consist of a 3 story building and all associated site works with completion expected in 2024
We recently completed the hand over of Ennis Community College, a 4200m2 three story extension to the existing school. This was a very challenging and enjoyable project to be involved in. Special mention to LCETB, Thompson Architects, RPS Group, Don O’Malley & Partners and Tom Mcnamara & Partners.

Coolsivna have commenced work on a new school consisting of a 2,463m2 single-storey construction, arranged around a central courtyard. Associated site works include the provision of basketball courts and access road and staff car-parking within the site, and associated paving and lighting to facilitate access to the new school site.
Coolsivna Construction ltd are delighted to announce that we have commenced work as the Main Contractor for the construction of the new 4,583m² extension to Technimark Longford, consisting of warehousing, tool room, tool store, storage, canteen, cleanrooms, associated gowning up areas and material storage, along with all associated site works.
We are looking forward to working with all involved in the project.
