The works involved the construction of a New Primary School Building on a Greenfield Site at Bullaun, Loughrea, Co. Galway for School (Scoil Naomh Eanna) Board of Management. The project comprised of 8 no. general classrooms, library & resource area, multi-purpose room & special education tuition room, general purpose room with WC offices,  ancillary accommodation, and special needs units covering a 1,890m2 floor area.

Site Development works included external play areas, new access road with vehicular set-down and surface car parking areas with all associated ancillary site development works and connections to all public utilities. Works to also include alterations to the existing parish carpark and widening of the existing entrance off the public road.
