Clare County Library & Cultural Centre Ennis involved the construction of a new state of the art Public Library and Cultural Centre building measuring circa 2,320m2. The building overall provides an impressive multi-functional space with a public library over two floors which includes the local studies centre, a 100sqm art gallery and incorporates the County Library headquarters on the top floor.

The impressive development included a number of complex and architecturally impressive finishes including a curved 10m high pale precast concrete panel skin to the building complemented with a large scale Alcobond Cassette Panel to the main entrance along with a unique portico structure to the front façade. Site development works involved new roads, paths, and paving, new pedestrian crossings, specialist external site lighting, site fittings, seating areas, benches, bike parking along with all hard and soft landscaping works.
