Works involved the construction of a new two-storey, 8-classroom, school extension and all associated site works. The 1,600m2 extension includes eight new classrooms for the national school, along with a general-purpose sports hall, a multipurpose room, administration offices, and ancillary accommodation.

Works also included substantial internal and external alterations in the existing school building which involved full refurbishment of internal finishes including replacement of all external windows and doors, new floor wall and ceiling finishes along with new mechanical and electrical fitout. External works included modifications to hard and soft landscaped areas including existing ball courts and play areas, reconfiguration of vehicular access including roundabout and pedestrian access gate, set down areas and pedestrian access pathways within the site.
