The project comprises 15 No. housing units, 4 no. being new builds and the remainder being a restoration project of a 19ᵗʰ century court yard farm building and coach house. The works included significant conservation and restoration works in compliance with our conservation goals.

Works included the demolition of an existing farm shed and associated site structures, the refurbishment and conversion of the existing farmyard buildings into 10 No.Housing  Units the refurbishment and conversion of  the existing coach house into 1 No Housing unit  and the construction of 4 no.  new terraced dwelling houses. Site development works included boundary walls and fencing, roadways, footpaths, site services, attenuation, public lighting, landscaping at Cuan An Chlair, Cahercalla, Ennis, Co Clare.
