Works involved the construction of 41 no. mixed single storey 1 and 2 beds, 2 storey 2, 3 and 4 bed housing units at Kearney’s Drive, Tullamore. All Houses are A rated and were built in conjunction with the local authority. All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken by our team, including the provision of street furniture.

All drainage, including foul and storm water, were developed, and approved prior to site handover. The project also involved road construction, including tarmac and line marking works, ahead of completion of the estate.
