Work involved the complete upgrade and refurbishment of an existing warehouse in the Monksland Industrial Estate into a 14,000 sq. foot life sciences innovation hub and co-working facility for Roscommon County Council.

Site development works on the project comprised of new roads, paths, paving’s, site parking, site lighting and all associated site services.
