Works involved the construction and fitout of a new Veterinary Clinic complete with staff offices, reception, consultation and waiting rooms. The project included additional advanced spaces such as a radiography suite which compromises of a state of the art digital X-Ray service, fully equipped operating theatre, examination rooms along with large kennels and isolation units.

The project required complex mechanical and electrical engineering installations to cater for the buildings functions, incorporating ventilation systems to all areas and installing sensitive lighting and heating systems throughout. Site development works involved new staff and visitor parking, entrance walkways & paths, site lighting along with hard and soft landscaping.
