Works involved the Extension and Refurbishment to Oakwood Nursing Home Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. Works involved the construction of bedroom extensions, kitchen, smoking room, visitors room, entrance porch and link corridor to the rear of an existing apartment block, works also involved extensive refurbishments to the existing facility.

Site development works involved new staff and visitor parking, entrance walkways & paths, site lighting along with hard and soft landscaping.
