Works involved the construction of a brand new state-of-the-art cinema in Ballinasloe. The 5-screen cinema features an auditorium complete with 15-metre-wide screen, electric recliner seats and Immersive Audio. Building works included large concrete reinforced foundations, structural steel frame with substantial roof and wall panel finishes combined with large curtain walling and glazing.

Site development works involved new roads, paths, and paving, site boundary treatments, staff and customer parking along with all hard and soft landscaping works.
