Work involved the provision of new living quarters for members of the Defence Forces to located at the site of the former University Students’ Accommodation Complement (USAC) complex at Renmore, Co. Galway. Works comprised of a new three-storey accommodation block with training facilities, new administration facilities and a bedroom accommodation block containing 69 rooms.

The site development works included a new site entrance with set-down area, site lighting, car parking spaces, landscaping, new boundary treatments along with all associated roads, paths, paving’s and site services.
